Privacy policy

This notice covers pharmpup.com and the Pharm Pup waitlist. The site is run by Yagiz Ergil (Euosoft), the data controller, and you can reach us about anything here at etkinlikyweb@gmail.com; we answer data requests within 30 days.

What we collect, and why

• If you join the waitlist: your email address; optionally your program type (BSN, ADN, PN, other) and the month of your next dosage exam; the consent you gave, its wording and the time; and the campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) of the link you came from. We use them to give you the formula sheet download, to email you Pharm Pup launch news and study tips and, if you gave them, to fit those tips to your program and exam date. Legal basis: your consent.
• When you visit: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without storing your IP address, so we can see which pages help. It does not follow you across sites.

We do not collect health information, grades or school names. There are no ads, no advertising pixels and no cookies on this site.

Who processes it

Vercel Inc. hosts the site and runs the sign-up form and analytics. Supabase Inc. stores the waitlist database. If we later send email through an email service, it will process your address for that purpose only, and we will update this notice. We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 12 months after Pharm Pup launches.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time: email etkinlikyweb@gmail.com. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California, Canada or Türkiye) you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The waitlist is for nursing students aged 16 and over.

Changes

If this notice changes, we update the date above; material changes are emailed to the waitlist.
