Everything on this site, including the formula sheet and practice problems, is for studying. It is not medical or clinical advice. In practice, follow the prescriber's order, your school's rounding policy, your facility's policy and a pharmacist. We work hard to make every number correct; if you find a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.
